New to our photo-to-canvas service? Here's a few questions we've taken the time to answer to ensure that you receive the highest quality canvas product possible. Of course, if you have any further questions feel free to contact us.
Image Preparation
How should I prepare my images?
When choosing a digital image for enlargement, select the highest-quality image possible. Images can be sent as .JPEG, .TIF or .RAW files. Photo files that are 5 mega pixels or higher are ideal, but images should be at least 5 megabytes in order to produce a quality image on canvas. If you have questions about smaller files, please do not hesitate to ask us. We will work with you to ensure the best results.
How will my image be cropped?
If you have something particular in mind, please let us know by adding instructions in the comment box when you order. If you are unsure what would best compliment your photo, our professional staff will use their visual expertise to determine the most pleasing way to crop your image. Of course, if you are not satisfied with your final image, contact us for a full refund.
How do I know if I have permission to use an image?
Any photograph taken by the customer can be used for our services, as can images purchased from ShutterStock or another online royalty-free library. If your image was taken by a studio or professional photographer, contact them for permission. Even if you paid for the service, many photographers and studios retain the rights to their images. For fewer complications, we recommend using images from personal collections or royalty-free image services.
